Shipping

SHIPPING:

Our processing time may vary depending on the season. Please contact us if you have any questions about the time it will take for your package to ship! Our normal processing time is same-day, or next business day for most of the year.

During busy seasons (Mid-August through Mid-September & Black Friday through end of December), our processing time is 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed and will ship via your chosen option.

**Please be advised that Priority shipping option does not guarantee that your order will ship the same day it was placed. 

Please note that once the carrier has picked up your package, we are not responsible for any unexpected delays in transit.   

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

We recommend this option for orders needed in a timely manner! If you do choose Express shipping, please notify us via phone or email so that we may expedite processing time. Should you place your order after 2 PM, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Thursday after 2 PM will be processed and shipped on Friday and will arrive on Monday. Please note our express shipping times are as followed: Priority Overnight (12:00pm Est delivery) and Standard Overnight (5:00pm Est delivery). Please note KATIEJNYC is not responsible for any delays with the shipping courier. Please note KatieJNYC does not offer Saturday Delivery. If weekend delivery is desired, please give us a call and we will do our best to assist you!

Orders are processed during business hours: Monday – Friday (9am Est – 4pm Est). We are closed on select holidays. 

LOST PACKAGES:

We apologize for any concern regarding your package! At KatieJNYC we handle all packages with love and care in our possession. However, once they leave our facility, factors beyond our control can arise during transit. That's why we offer Route Package Protection as an extra layer of security for all our customers!  If you purchased Route, please submit a claim here, and upon approval a replacement package will be sent! 

If you did not chose Route at checkout please submit a claim with USPS  here.  

Here are, also, some steps we recommend, in addition to filing your claim: 

  • Check the address on the tracking page to ensure it was sent to the right place 
  • Talk to your local post office or mail carrier 
  • Talk to your neighbors

  • Please note that KATIEJNYC is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
