Our processing time may vary depending on the season. Please contact us if you have any questions about the time it will take for your package to ship! Our normal processing time is same-day, or next business day for most of the year.

During busy seasons (Mid-August through Mid-September & Black Friday through end of December), our processing time is 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed and will ship via your chosen option.

**Please be advised that Priority shipping option does not guarantee that your order will ship the same day it was placed. If you do choose Express shipping, please notify us via phone or email so that we may expedite processing time.

RETURNS

KATIEJNYC  accepts returns of unused, unworn merchandise will all tags intact. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of item receipt for a full refund. For any returns postmarked 8-21 days following order delivery, a merchandise credit will be issued.  Return your package by bringing to the post office and handing the package to a postal worker. Please do not leave the package for your postal carrier to pick up. Doing so can cause your postmark date to be incorrect because the package may not be scanned immediately

Cost of the return label is deducted from the total refund / merchandise credit. You may choose to use your own courier if you wish! We apologize that we cannot offer free return shipping at this time.

We do not accept returns beyond 21 days of delivery date. 

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item than what you originally ordered, please return that and place a brand new order for what you would like instead! The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with orders and returns.

Final sale items are clearly marked and are not eligible for return or exchange. KatieJ intimates are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns are processed within 7 business days of arriving back to us. You will receive an email notification that your refund or merchandise credit has been issued.
