The customer service was excellent, and my daughter loved her dress! However, it runs very small, so be sure to size up not just once, but twice. My daughter is 5'3" and weighs about 90 pounds; she's 13 years old. We initially ordered an extra small, but the customer service representative I spoke to after hours was lovely and recommended that we get a medium, which turned out to be perfect! If you want a little more length, I would even suggest considering a large, as the sizes run quite small!
